i just realised i have gastrointestinal poisoning 💔 i cant eat anything because it doesnt let me swallow anything and if i force swallow then i keep getting this feeling that im boutta vomit but i can't vomit its sitting in my throat all the time i vomited my whole dinner + second dinner dude i have absolutely no idea what to do i won't be able to go to church im scared right now..
