Hello, I'm Mauricio Carrasco Fernández, medievalist and an early music musician (countertenor, tenor, hurdy-gurdy player, flutist and apprentice of various ancient instruments), member of some early music ensembles (Fauvel Consort, Arcadia Ego, La Galatea) and a history, arts and other humanities enthusiast. I love and enjoy connecting various disciplines, in order to better understand the music that I study and play, and with this I can try to get a little closer to the sound that that music might have originally had.
