參加阿里山貴賓館導覽又重新認識阿里山,日本時期全棟使用阿里山檜木建造,鑽石沙的牆面閃閃發光,走廊的特殊設計有防止刺殺的聲音效果,滿滿落地窗的長廊,每年五月可以看著院子裏的紫藤花瀑布,廚房的爐灶有煮飯、烤箱的功能,連窗格都是特殊的菱格帶麻設計,會議室的油畫還是國家級的藝術品,導覽的每一分鐘都是收穫跟驚喜。 連洗手檯都有故事

仙草開花前就會採收曬乾,窖藏熟成7年之後完成✅仙草乾加水熬煮16小時才能得到珍貴香醇的仙草汁。 季節限定的仙草花田,真的很可口(誤)😂

Driving down the deserted country roads felt like stepping into a storybook paradise — almost like the scene from a Miyazaki film, where you pass through lush, green tunnels deep in the forest. Hidden away in these untouched hills, there lies a tea garden, basking in golden sunlight, with insects and birds thriving in the naturally cared-for environment.

Tea master Huang Zi-Cheng picked a tea leaf right off the bush, and you could instantly catch the distinct jasmine and magnolia aroma. With pride, he spoke about the white tea they make here, simply saying, "It’s just the best." As a certified tea sensory evaluator with the Tea Research and Extension Station, Zicheng has won the three-star ITQI award in Belgium for four years in a row. When he talks about tea, his confidence is clear — though the lightness of his words hides decades of dedication and hard work.

Manager Fun, Yan-Ting shared with me the story behind this tea garden and their plans for the future. I couldn't help but feel excited for what's to come.

蜂脆焦糖拿鐵很搶眼,看到別人的上桌,我就決定換成這一杯。拿鐵灑上了黑糖之後先炙燒出香氣,再放上由光哥親心製作的蜂脆糖,吃一口糖再喝一口拿鐵,真的是甜在心的感覺。 蜂巢脆餅跟傳統的膨糖很類似,又叫作蜂巢太妃糖、蜂窩糖、海綿太妃糖、煤渣太妃糖、Honeycomb toffee、hokey pokey,具有輕質、堅硬、海綿狀的質地,因為中間的氣泡像蜂巢而得名。The latte is sprinkled with brown sugar and then torched to release its aroma. It is then topped with Honeycomb toffee personally made by Bro. Guang. Taking a bite of the Honeycomb toffee and then a sip of the latte, it truly feels sweet in the heart.
