This is something we have all witnessed or done ourselves. It's not talked about enough. This is why I don't like reality shows , social media or public opinions.
Some people don't usually say how they truly feel on camera or in front of a group of people. Some people will "show out" and act different or act tough towards you because their being recorded or they're trying to impress someone.
I cringe and regret doing this to people... this is why I had to forgive people for doing it to me.
I've seen people in relationships where the man talks down on his wife or girlfriend and the girlfriend talks good of him.
But in professional relationships this can happen. I'll call it "friendship cheating"
