Vandalism graffiti is a constant problem for many property owners. Graffiti Art is an attraction for many youth.
Bringing property owners face to face with the youth creates an understanding. This often results in a 'Legal Wall' opportunity for the artist, and a beautiful art mural for the property owner.
The concept is that the mural is not vandalized by other graffiti artists out of respect for the art work.
In short, graffiti can be a community building process if facilitated as such.
