In 2013, Cristiano Ronaldo inaugurated a football academy in Georgia, known as FC Dinamo Tbilisi Academy.
Today, 11 of the players from the academy played for Georgia against Portugal in the #Euro2024, which Ronaldo also played.
One of the players, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, scored the opener in 2 minutes as Georgia beat Ronaldo and Portugal 2-0 to book a place in the round of 16.
