AMVAZAR is part of the AZAR event, which are made by Lithuanian forum community, called - AnimeZona.
AMV - Anime Music Video & AZAR - Anime Zona Anime Rinkimai (Zona - zone; Rinkimai - awards).
The most important rule is that AMV should be made only from anime, that was brodcasted in the same year as contest takes place.
