Now that children are going back to school, don’t forget to PRONOUNCE their name correctly.
During the register you can ask children
‘Have I said your name correctly?’
OR
Get them to introduce themselves.
It only takes a few seconds but reiterates that you accept children for who they are which is one of their rights as a child.
