Welcome! I am a retired middle school teacher who has successfully healed from aFib, persistent lower back pain, OCD, depression, acne, and receding gums by following a ketogenic way of eating called CARNIVORE. I no longer burn in the sun and haven't had a sore throat or cold since I started. I lost 35 pounds and reversed my fatty liver. I now only eat animal products: beef, lamb, pork, poultry, fish, and eggs. I cook only in animal fats: butter, ghee, beef tallow, pork lard, chicken schmaltz, or duck fat. This way of eating has transformed my mind, body, and emotions so profoundly that I feel compelled to pay it forward through my YouTube channel.
