I'm back baby!!
I had a long break to be home with my daughter for the summer holidays, but now I'm back with more videos, hurrah!
Over the summer I had an extraordinary out-of-body experience where I realised that I had been stuck in a FEAR-based reality. (I may make a video about this experience at some point, watch this space!)
It has made me more passionate than ever to share my approaches to overcoming fear in the creative process with as many people as I can. Making art, or being creative in any way is SO GOOD for us but it gets beaten out of us as we grow up.
It took me a literal mental breakdown to realise how crucial creativity is in my life. It is not a frivolous activity, human beings NEED it.
What are the things that are holding you back from being fearlessly creative? What do you straight up say "I can't do that!"? Let's overcome these fears together :)

Ten years ago today I married my soulmate, Pete. We wore patchwork outfits made with fabric from all our friends and family, stitched together by many hands.
