Hello, my name is Seth Poling. I'm a 36 year old husband and father of 2 boys. I live in Morgantown, WV. I grew up in Buckhannon. I was diagnosed with ALS, Lou Gehrig disease, in 2017 at the age of 31! My initial symptom began with a small twitch in my tricep in 2014. ALS is currently 100% fatal with a life expectancy of only 2-5 ALS warrior and advocate. Founder of- S.E.T.H.
