Hi i am Chef Mukul, I was interested in cooking since childhood and learned basic sandwich making tips in school. I acquired an in-depth knowledge of Hotel Management which includes subjects like Catering Science, Food Production Principles, Food and Beverage Service/Management, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Human Resource Management. During my course these subjects gave me thorough knowledge of Hotel Industry. During my college days I have also participated in various college events like Food Festivals, cooking competitions which developed my interest towards kitchen department. During my undergraduate, I chose chef line and gained three years of cooking education theoretically and practically. After one year of my college, I got an opportunity to work for a five star property as a Chef in Novotel Hotel in Thailand. I learned Thai cuisine, Chinese cuisine, a bit of Japanese cuisine as well under a Thai Executive Chef of the hotel.
