It takes courage to speak out on things that are affecting you, especially publicly. Today I got some energy and I figured Iād take a first step in acknowledging that Iāve been dealing with anxiety and depression. Recently this past week itās really taken a toll on me, hence the lack of content. This is to inspire those who suffer quietly. Just know youāre not alone, and on this channel you never will be.
