A #muscle_invasive #bladder_tumor in a 56 year old #female. Radical cystectomy was committed. The specimen entails anterior pelvic excentration specimen. Notice the arrow of #bladder growth inside the bladder cavity.

Encrusted neglected #DJ_stent since 3 years. The lower coil encrustation was removed using Mauer Mayer. The upper coil encrustations was disintegrated using laser after it was stuck in the iliac ureter.
