I've realized we've just begun 2025 with people taking their lives. Remember that you're loved, and if you ever feel you aren't, know that I love you (/p). You're important to someone. You're the reason someone's bad day was made into a good day. You're so much more important than you know.
Sometimes, we don't realize how much we impact someone's life. I struggle with depression, but I keep going. Don't let your mind take you down with it. Stay strong and carry on. I believe in you, and I'm proud of you for how far you've come.
