- **Silent Reflection**: It is believed that observing silence on this day amplifies spiritual energies, allowing one to connect deeply with their inner self and higher consciousness.
- **Spiritual Cleansing**: This is an ideal time to cleanse your mind and soul, purify your karma, and release any negative energies or past emotional blockages.
