I have been working on a new video on "Ideas for the Quarter Quell" that could have happened if the Hunger Games had not been extinct as in the original story.
I managed to gather and create 20 rules for the Quarter Quell, and an arena for each one too, I will post the video in the next few days, before the release of the new book.
