How to lose 20kg fast around a busy schedulešŸ”„

Hereā€™s exactly what I did to lose 20kg in 16 weeks and how you can do the same working around your hectic schedule.

1ļøāƒ£ Get to know your daily calorie needsā€”there are loads of online calculators yo can use for that!

2ļøāƒ£ Figure out a deficit that suits you. I went for a 500+ calorie deficit because, well, I wanted to drop the fat fast!

If you're new to this, aim for a 500-calorie deficit; keeps the diet doable and your hunger at a friendly level.

3ļøāƒ£ Craft an exercise routineā€”3 times a week is my sweet spot. Gotta keep those muscles while bidding farewell to your fat!

Ladies, if "toned" is your vibe, lift those weights in the calorie deficit. Otherwise, you might end up looking skinny.

4ļøāƒ£ Planning is your secret weapon. Schedule movement breaks during lunch, before, or after work. Aim for at least 60 minutes dailyā€”break it up if needed

5ļøāƒ£ Rinse and repeat until you're feeling like a million bucks in the mirror.

This is new! ā€¦ anyway so hereā€™s a mini update as I know itā€™s been a while since I last posted a video! (Long form) Been posting shorts but going to try and be more consistent with more long form videos!

But anyways here some recent progress shots I wanted to share to show once you stay consistent your going to see results !

I honestly ate whatever I wanted just ensured my diet was balance and nailed my daily activity targets!

Still time left in 2023 to make a transformation so donā€™t give up !
