a) Narrated Abu Hurairah [radhi-yAllahu 'anhu]: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah does not listen to anything as He listens to the Prophet reciting the Qur'an in a nice, loud and pleasant tone." Sufyan said, "This saying means: The Prophet regards the Qur'an as something that makes him dispense with much worldly pleasure."
