Hey, I'm not that active here because of other life commitments, but to the handful that see this, please keep reading. I'm Chinese American. I live in one of the most diverse cities in the US, yet there has been a 1900% increase in anti-Asian hate crimes in NYC alone. I've been harassed and degraded for being Asian even before the pandemic so I can't even fathom how much worse it's going to be once we return to some semblance of normalcy. To be quite honest, I've never felt safe and there are a number of family members, friends, and acquaintances around me who have had similar experiences or even worse. "Your parents sacrificed so much just to be here so don't complain, don't talk back, and don't make it worse for yourself" is what I've had deeply ingrained in me, but that's nonsense. I should be allowed to demand the bare minimum back and be treated with respect and common decency. I am not an aesthetic to be appropriated for trends, I am not an object to be exploited by someone with yellow fever, I am not a "model minority" shield to be used against other minorities when it's convenient, and I am not a virus. It's not my fault nor any of the Asian community's fault for what everyone has had to go through the past year. I am a person and no one deserves to be treated as anything less. Turn off all ad blockers
Don’t skip the ads
Volume at least 50% (supposedly you can mute your device though and it’ll also work)
Watch any 3-4 unrelated videos afterwards (any time length), rewatch the video, then rinse and repeat

Hello. Due to being in NYC being one of the worst hit places because of macaroni and my lack of a camera, I am currently working on animating the tutorial for Inosuke's shoes (oof) so if all goes according to plan, expect a video this month or early next month. Hello! My words might not mean much, but I wanted to pop in to remind people to take care of themselves and those around them. Practice good hygiene and stay indoors if you can, but practice social distancing if you do go out. I have many friends in retail for example who can't work remotely so if you are in a similar position, I wish you the best! We're all in this together so hang in there and be mindful of others. Although it may be easy put self preservation first, remember that every life matters! Stay safe out there guys.
