I'm Cairi and I live in the Scottish Highlands with my family. We moved down from the Shetland Islands back in 2021 and love living in the highlands but regularly miss our island home.
I'm big on home cooking and healthy ingredients so I try and grow as much of our food as possible, cooking from scratch every night and avoiding ultra processed foods.
