Your will be in your rest this month. What your are afraid of will not happen. The Lord will go before you and give you rest roundabouts. Nothing shall cut you and your household short.
You will not go empty but with abundant blessings. The Presence of the LORD is with you , do not fear, all your enemies who are after you shall be in confusion, they will discover that the LORD is fighting for you . Be assured that He who delivered Israel from Egypt and brought them into the promised land is able to lead you through, He knows the way. He will never leave you nor forsake you at anytime. Hallelujah!
"By day the LORD went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, so that they could travel by day or night. Neither the pillar of cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people."(Ex. 13:21-22). Happy New Month.

What was the subject of their praise? They praised God for what they had heardfor the good tidings of great joy that a Saviour was born unto them. Let us copy them; let us also raise a song of thanksgiving that we have heard of Jesus and his salvation. They also praised God for what they had seen.
There is the sweetest music what we have experienced, what we have felt within, what we have made our own the things which we have made touching the King.” It is not enough to hear about Jesus: mere hearing may tune the harp, but the fingers of living faith must create the music. If you have seen Jesus with the God-giving sight of faith, suffer no cobwebs to linger among the harp strings, but loud to the praise of sovereign grace, awake your psaltery and harp. One point for which they praised God was the agreement between what they had heard and what they had seen. Observe the last sentence. As it was told unto them.” Have you not found the gospel to be in yourselves just what the Bible said it would be? Jesus said he would give you rest have you not enjoyed the sweetest peace in him?
He said you should have joy, and comfort, and life through believing in him have you not received all these? Are not his ways ways of pleasantness, and his paths paths of peace? Surely you can say with the queen of Sheba, “The half has not been told me.”
I have found Christ more sweet than his servants ever said he was. I looked upon his likeness as they painted it, but it was a mere daub compared with himself; for the King in his beauty outshines all imaginable loveliness. Surely what we have “seen” keeps pace with, nay, far exceeds, what we have “heard.” Let us, then, glorify and praise God for a Saviour so precious, and so satisfying.

Luke 2:20 The shepherds went back to their flocks, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen. It was just as the angel had told them.

The believer's life is not defined by their past, but by their newfound relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only when the Holy Spirit reveals the depth of their sin and the magnitude of God's grace that they begin to live for Christ. This transformation occurs at the moment of spiritual rebirth, when the individual surrenders their life to Jesus.
Jesus becomes the focal point of the believer's existence, the treasure they cherish above all else. They willingly surrender their worldly possessions, desires, and ambitions to follow Him. Their love for Jesus is all-consuming, driving them to live for His glory and defend His gospel, even unto death.

As the apostle Paul's words suggest, the believer's life is no longer their own; it belongs to Jesus. He is the blueprint for their life, the model they strive to emulate. Every aspect of their existence – thoughts, words, actions – is infused with the presence of Jesus.
The question then arises: Can you, as a professing Christian, honestly say that you live up to this standard? Is Jesus truly the center of your life, or are you driven by self-interest and personal gain? Are your actions motivated by a desire to please God, or merely to advance your own agenda?

Many Christians strive to live according to this principle, but few can say they have perfectly embodied it. Yet, this is the true essence of Christian living a life sourced in, sustained by, and surrendered to Jesus Christ.
In humility, the believer presents themselves before God, praying to live solely for Him. They echo the sentiment of the apostle, willing to be used or sacrificed as God sees fit, with the motto "Ready for either" emblazoned on their heart.

Philippians 1:21 For to me, living means living for Christ, and dying is even better.

When a backslider recognizes the faint ember of spiritual life within themselves, they will inevitably groan for restoration. This renewal requires the same exercise of grace that brought about their initial conversion. Just as repentance was essential then, it remains crucial now. The faith that drew them to Christ initially is the same faith needed to bring them back to Jesus.

In their first conversion, they needed a divine word from the loving God to alleviate their fears; similarly, under the weight of present sin, they will discover the same need for divine reassurance. True restoration demands a genuine manifestation of the Holy Spirit's energy, comparable to the experience at conversion. The obstacles of flesh and blood remain, and the task is just as monumental.

Dear beloved , acknowledge your personal weakness and let it compel you to pray earnestly to God for help. Recall David's response to feeling powerless; he hastened to the mercy-seat with the heartfelt plea, "Renew a right spirit within me" (Psalm 51:10). Do not let the doctrine of your inability to change without divine aid lull you into inaction. Instead, let it spur you to urgent, fervent prayer to God.

If you sincerely pray for God to renew your spirit, you will demonstrate your commitment by utilizing the means through which He works. Immerse yourself in prayer, feeding on the Word of God. Confront and mortify the lusts that have separated you from your Lord. Vigilantly monitor the future stirrings of sin.

God has ordained ways to foster spiritual growth; position yourself along these paths, and you will be prepared when He intervenes. Continue to engage in the blessed ordinances that nurture your flagging spiritual graces. Recognizing that all power proceeds from Him, persist in crying out, “Renew a right spirit within me."

In this plea, you acknowledge your total dependence on God's transformative power. As you pray, remember that restoration is not a solo endeavor but a divine work. Your sincere supplication will be met with God's gracious renewal, reviving your spirit and rekindling your relationship with Him.
May your heart echo David's desperate plea, and may God's renewing grace revive your spirit, restoring the vibrancy of your faith and the depth of your relationship with Christ.
