Here are some tips to prep yourself for Blood donation:
1. Check Your Eligibility: Age, weight, lifestyle and health factors play a role. Try out an online quiz to check if you can donate blood right away.
2. Eat Well & Hydrate: A healthy meal and plenty of fluids pre-donation is ideal.
3. A Good Night's Sleep: Feeling rested helps your body cope with the donation process.
4. Wear Comfortable Clothes: Wear loose-fitting sleeves that are easy to roll up to draw blood.
5. Identification: Have a valid ID with you.
