My name is Ruslan Khuzniyarov, also known as "Adam" (FUSE MAN). I live in the beautiful city of San Jose, in the capital of Silicon Valley. I am not involved in startups or investments. I simply run my company, FUSE SERVICE (HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing). I am a contractor and my company specializes in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, refrigeration, and plumbing - for each area, we have a California license, which I passed exams for with my partner Stas. These are the most complex and margin-oriented areas in construction.

We do not have super-intelligent people on our team, nor do we use cutting-edge technology or make any breakthroughs. We work in a highly competitive environment and destroy competitors who have been on the San Jose market for over 50 years by optimizing processes, providing clear instructions and staff training, and scaling our experience through franchising.
