I thought I finished what I had to say on the weight loss/fitness topic but I was wrong.  My journey was much deeper than even my video's make it look.

I do have more to share that may give some people inspiration.  I need to expand on topics such as:

- Motivation & Discipline
- My experience at 10% body fat
- Cardio benefits
- Friends/family reactions
- My thoughts on influencers
- Confidence

Attached is a calorie breakdown of my diet during my 8 month weight loss. I did not start using the Samsung Health app until July 2019, four months into my journey. My calories during the first four months started at about 800 and ramped up to this. In December 2019, I had reached my bodyfat goal. My calories went up to about 2200, and I added 15 pounds to reach my current 150 lb. weight. If you click on the pictures it should expand the full image and show the daily graph.
