“'CHARCHA TERA', an incomplete love ballad is now a completed dream of an Artist. 'Charcha Tera' conceived by Poet CL Kachroo when he was a young teen in Kashmir was lost and forgotten over time. In 2019 he suddenly remembered it and recorded it as a voice note with a desire to edit it later. Unfortunately, he suddenly passed away in March 2023 before his 75th birthday. With a lot of unfinished articles, books, and songs, his family found solace in his Art and decided to continue his mission. 'Charcha Tera', an incomplete love ballad is now a completed dream with the help of many artists and individuals.
