Mother's Day always reminds me of this picture. A 16 year old being ripped away from his family, his mother, over a crime he didn't commit. Just as he was being dragged away to a life in prison, he looks back at his rock; his mom.
Still being held wrongfully convicted by the state almost 18 years later, all Brendan wants is to go home to his mom.
please help this once an innocent boy, now a man go home where he always belonged.

I wish I could have done a better video for you @Milbillie , like BeeBee and Linda's but it wasn't in the cards.
Your death is another reminder for me how life is so precious and short. I also have a lot of regret. I wish I did more to help you feel like you belonged in the community, and how appreciated you were. I wish I could have communicated that better, because you did belong. And we are all grateful to have known you for as long as we have. And your research truly helped Brendan and Steven a lot. It got people talking, and thinking. You had a one in a million mind.
Rest easy Jason. Give Linda, BeeBee, Richard and your dad a big hug for us all.
Tell people you love them, how important they are, and how blessed you are for them. Cuz in one moment they can be gone.
