A talented hip-hop artist and producer, BVT was the winner of the APRA AMCOS x MARDI GRAS competition for Emerging Queer Artists. BVT has toured the USA with electronic dance group āHaiku Handsā as Big Freediaās support act. She performed at World Pride 2023 and her debut mixtape āLALAKIā released in November, notingĀ decolonising self, bringing forth QPOC representation and bearing the culture as a future ancestor as the messages behind the project. LALAKI won āBest music videoā at the FBi Radio Sydney Music Art and Culture (SMAC) awards in 2024. BVT has packed out venues such as the Art Gallery of NSW and Carriageworks as a headline act. Also an award winning actor, BVT has portrayed characters such as 'Tegan' in Prime Video's 'Class of 07' and featured in Film and Television. Notably 'Cal' in SBS series 'Erotic Stories' and 'Aisha' in the series 'Swift Street'.
