Divya Ravi is a Bharatanatyam practitioner, performing artiste and choreographer. Fluid movement vocabulary, finesse in expressions, innate musicality, and a commanding stage presence, mark her performances. In 23 years of a passionate relationship with Bharatanatyam, Divya has evolved as a sensitive artiste and a respected soloist, while navigating a career in Marketing Communications. A graded artiste of Doordarshan and empaneled with the Ministry of Culture for Festivals of India Abroad, Divya has extensively performed at coveted dance festivals in India, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Kuwait, Hong Kong, UK and China. Her solo choreographic works MANJARI, SARVASYA, POEMS OF LOVE, SAARINI and NARMADA have been lauded for their thought-provoking premise and creative choreography.
