My name is Srivatsa and I’m a self-taught fitness enthusiast. I say self-taught because everything I have learnt and teach on this channel is through reading, experimenting, trial and error and years of experience.
I am not like other fitness youtubers. I am not shredded all year long, I'm not jacked, I don't even have the best genetics. I'm just a normal guy who works during the day, loves lifting weights and helping people reach their fitness goals.
