I first got into kpop in 2016 through vine!! I know, R.I.P. vine lol. I was scrolling on vine's trending page when I saw a bunch of edits of bts fire. These edits peaked my interest so I decided to give fire a listen. I found myself coming back to that music video a lot. Awhile later I was one vine again looking at the trending page......the majority of the videos were bts again but it was for their music video save me. All the vine edits broke me down and I watched the music video. I became absolutely OBSESSED. I started watching a ton of bts videos over the summer. I slowly listened other groups. Towards the end of that summer I was on vine....again (who knew vine was so impactful) and saw that a group named Blackpink had just debuted, I watched their music video and, well, the rest is history ♥
