This channel showcases the lifting exploits of Team S.A.S. (Serious About Strength) a hardcore lifting crew based in Santa Cruz, CA. Currently, Team S.A.S. comprises three members: "The Amazing Betsy" (Age 85), Marianne "The Blond Bomber" (Age 85), and "The Chinee from Kentucky" Coach DàLì Zhèng 鄭大力 (age: 54). We use tools and techniques from all the iron sports (powerlifting, strong woman/man, armlifting, etc.) to become BEASTLY STRONG!!!
