Two years ago today - Feb. 25th, 2022, I uploaded this very video. to the AGgames channel. Little did 15yo me what I'd be up to in the next two years. Excuse me for sounding cheesy, but I MEAN it when I say that y'all changed my life for the better. I'm not kidding. Before I started this I felt like giving up. Like I was worth nothing, like I would NEVER get big and the most I'd make out of my life is working at mcdonalds. But through the two years worth of content we've made together, we grew this amazing safe space of a community, and words can't express how happy I am for that. I always try to put up a good show for you all, which is why I always try improving after each betadciu. This community means SO MUCH to me because its DONE so much for me. It brought me friends, inspiration, relationships, and so much more. Believe me when I say this; For this third "year wave" of betadcius, I will go ALL. OUT... starting with today's betadciu. And then right afterwards.. the 2 year special. See y'all then, AND THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR TWO YEARS OF AGGAMES/COVERS!!!!

question on all people who workout; I've been told that brisk walking is better than regular running since it's more effective with kcal loss. is that true?
