Hi we're Stuart and Jo, a couple trying hard to make a living out of keeping bees in South Wales. We used to sell our honey and things we made out of our hive products at local markets and events but since the lock downs we have rationalised our work concentrating on the bee keeping so we now just sell to shops, in bulk and from our honest fridge at the front gate. We only use our own honey and don't buy any in. Where possible we keep the honey from different apiaries separate which means we have a range of honeys, each with different tastes and characteristics depending on what the bees have been working at that time, two weeks of summer in Wales captured in a jar. All our honey is hand extracted in small batches and hand bottled. Our artisan honey offers a real treat for the honey connoisseur.
