I believe fitness shouldn't be an additional burden, since you've got enough to carry, but a lifestyle that supports you from the inside out so you can show up for yourself and those who matter most.
Outside of NRS, you can find me chasing around my 2.5 YO son and being chased by our 6 MO Labradoodle!
