The MettÄ ParisÄ is an international group of students of Phra Ajaan Geoffrey DeGraff (į¹¬hÄnissaro Bhikkhu) who practice TheravÄdin Buddhism according to the Kammaį¹į¹hÄna Forest Tradition of Thailand, also known as the Thai Forest Tradition. Ajaan Geoff is the abbot of MettÄ Forest Monastery in San Diego County, California, USA and his translations, writings and audio Dhamma talks are all available, completely for free, via the link below.
The MettÄ ParisÄ meets weekly via Zoom on the Uposatha evenings at 7:00PM PST / 8:00PM PDT (UTC/GMT-08:00). This channel is dedicated to posting the Dhamma talks from Ajaan Geoff that have been included in the MettÄ ParisÄ's Uposatha meditation series. Full moon meditations are broadcast live from the monastery, and are posted separately on the Friends of MettÄ Forest Monastery YouTube channel.
