So, if you're wondering where the zombies content has been, full transparency....I'm bored and been playing marvel rivals π€£
I know some may be confused as I'm not treating this professionally anymore, but that's the whole point, I came back for fun, not to grind mindlessly. As much as there's been fun I think I was personally blinded by the nostalgia of zombies.
And if I'm being completely transparent, I'm just put off by the poor quality of Zombies content from the game itself, and most other YouTube zombie creators. I find fun in guides, tips & easter eggs, yet that's only about a small portion of the content, especially inbetween updates. There are some amazing creators out there, but most zombies content is around unofficial leaks and glitches, which I'm not a fan of, and then the few guides and tutorials out there are all rushed and full of misinformation just to grab those early views. I understand this is the normal for a lot of games and I need to adjust my mindset somewhat, but as most of you know, as a creator, it's easy to get your channel stuck on one game, and the overall zombies vibe isn't hitting the spot for me, I'll keep rethinking it though, a way to balance things.
I still plan on making videos as that's the fun part for me, I'm just not sure on what...most games all have the same YouTube videos: Guides, Tips, Leaks & Glitches. I just think I need to find a creator community that focuses on the legit side of the game more, which now I'm thinking about it, seems improbable. I'll figure something out π

Hey all!
Just wanted to give you an update as some are probably wondering where my zombie videos have been for the past month.
First of all I want to say a massive thank you π. When uploading this content again I focused on fun factor, and wasn't thinking about views, assuming I'd get little more then a few hundred. So It's been an overwhelming surprise to see the 3 videos I've done do so well. It's made me realise there's still potential for me here.
Getting back into zombies after such a long break has been amazing and a huge adaptation. Easter Egg mechanics are extremely different to what they used to be with a lot more RNG based variables, especially the loot rewards. So as someone who likes making advanced guides, showing footage of every variable, I've spent the past few weeks practicing and learning the new mechanics for the current era. I have plenty of footage ready for almost every known Easter egg in Librty Falls and was planning to get them made this past week, before the next map release, while I have videos edited, my current new housing situation makes it difficult to do commentary and this week has been quite manic.
That being said, I hope to release those liberty falls videos at some point, but will be waiting a while after the next map release tomorrow so I can focus on that. With my practice over, warming up to the new mechanics, my new home, and coming up with a plan for YouTube. I believe I'm ready to start bringing consitant videos with the the new map. Thank you all for the support, and I can't wait to be part of such a great community again. β€

Well hello there!
It's good to be back back ladies & gentlemen! BOZombies is back too!
For those of you who joined me on my walk, thank you for all the support along the way. As much as the journey didn't end the way I set out, it was still an adventure I will always look back upon, and the people watching, commenting, to the ones I met along the way were an unexpected treasure. I've recently got things moving and today I have made those videos private, in an attempt to make my channel more presentable for the gaming side. In a way, I like this, as it was a journey only we experienced in the moment. β€
Back to basics!
This channel started on one game, Black Ops Zombies, using the simple Playstation ShareFactory to make videos, specializing in detailed tutorials, something I did from a passion of gaming. Well soon Black Ops Zombies 6 is coming out, & what better time then to start from the beginning, where the passion originated.

THE WALK HAS ENDED!
I thought I'd put out an update as my next video won't be out for a little bit & don't want to worry some of you. But yes, I have shamefully failed in my attempt.
This was going to be a "do or die" mission for me, but unfortunately the past weeks cold weather made it too close. Due to the extreme cold, poor sleeping bag knowledge & a degraded mental health, I've officially been kidnapped by a concerned friend, who's concern was valid.
With the current gear I simply wouldn't have made it much longer in this weather & that's my own fault & ignorance. I've currently been given a 2nd chance to get some form of normal life back together, something I didn't think I'd get again, & I plan on taking it.
I ended up walking roughly 400m over 100 days & through 3 National Parks, Dartmoor, Exmoor & New Forest, stopping just before the South Downs. The GoFundMe donation system I had setup was promised the goal of walking ALL the National Parks, so I understand if some of you want your donations refunded, message me on Instagram & as I get back to working i can start paying people back. I'm sorry for this failure & even though some will still see this part journey as an awesome adventure, I'm still utterly ashamed I couldn't hack it. My apologies.

So I feel like the donations can seem a little anticlimactic from your point of view. I'm going to introduce "CHALLENGE" donations & I'm asking for your suggestions!!
Hopefully this will help people feel like they're actually getting something out of it, while also giving me some fun tasks, possible adventures & just good memories.

Just wanted to say thank you to those who donated while a haven't uploaded much. I've been extremely paranoid about equipment, one of the reasons for my break procrastination. But I managed to get a new backpack & sleeping bag liner!
I came out here with some high level depression, with no future in sight, yet you beautiful fools have continued to shine a light on a future where I saw nothing but darkness. Thank you for illuminating my way π

UPDATE:
I'm alive!
I've still been in the same spot but should be moving on any day now.
Funds are not great right now and this monthly internet usage is coming to an end. So video uploads are going to become WIFI dependant from now on. Probably able to upload once a week when at spots. Given that donations are video frequency/quality dependent, I forsee a slow demise this coming month. But I'll keep pushing anyway, who cares what logic & experience says π
This, on top of the rain & mold issues, have made me contemplate on this next leg of the journey and it's seriousness. I'd like to play ignorance is bliss and pretend everything's going to be ok. But realistically, this season is going to be a real struggle to make it through. π¬
