I have always thought that crafts and skills play a big part in maintaining mental wellbeing. Not so much the nature of striving towards perfection, or goals that are based around the satisfaction of others - rather the amazing sense of excitement when attempting something new. This video series is a way for me to have conversations with my friends about mental health and whilst attempting a variety of new skills. I hope it inspires you to start something new or talk about good ways to look after yourself.
