I solved it. What happened is that I forgot to do something before Monika's birthday and I couldn't start the event, however before that I had made a backup copy of the game. However, when it loaded, I realized that for some reason I had lost 2200 affection (I had 2400 and went down to 200) and it turns out that that happens when you enter the game by changing the date to one before the last one you entered. so I tried to do it again, but for some reason it didn't work. In the end it turned out that I had made the wrong backup and so I finally managed to recover everything. (Google translator)
