In honor of #BlackHistoryMonth I’m honoring another great song from the #blackchurch which is one of my favorites when I’m having a rough time. Walter Hawkins who is famous for the song 🎶 Oh Happy Day is the writer of the song Thank You, for all You’ve done for me. I love #gospelmusic and this one speaks to my soul. As I was creating this spread during Warbinder Wednesday I must admit I was not truly excited about it creatively. When the Holy Spirit convicted me that it wasn't about me, I found so much peace it in. Now I love it because it’s for His glory.
Often, we’re so busy trying to create a masterpiece to showcase our talents that we often forget it’s truly about our time in the Word.
