The Grit & Grind Grannies, also known as 3G, is a senior hip-hop dance crew based in Memphis Tennessee. This performance dance crew serves as goodwill ambassadors for the city of Memphis. They volunteer for community outreach organizations and programs in their hometown and also entertain crowds big and small throughout the country. They range from ages 55- 76 and in February 2023 they advanced three rounds for America's Got Talent auditions. These grannies' motto is " Everybody has to grow up, but nobody has to grow old.
