MidLife Fitness - The Journey
Our fitness level starts going "downhill" from Age 30 onwards.
Initially this regression is subtle, and it accelerates over time. By Midlife, the effects are felt and when we hit our senior years, activities of daily living (ADL) can be greatly impacted.
Deteriorating health & fitness that sets in with aging is a harsh reality of life. Unfortunately, most people choose to ignore this. That isn’t the best solution. We have decided to make a change today.
