Almost 11:30 pm on the 28th and what a super day it has been. Just cooked my first ever Tomohawk steak, as encouraged by our new head chef Tom, and it was amazing. Been out all day shopping for kitchen equipment so it was well deserved after a long day. Massive leaps forward on the Restaurant side after a few early setbacks but nothing that we have not managed to smash out the park.
Exciting update coming soon.
First I need to grab some sleep.

Hey folks,
After a visit to the GPπ₯π¨ββοΈ I can confirm a nasty attack of bursitis. Having spent many years abusing my knees and being a fat lad I am now paying for it. I am usually careful and I use kneeling pads where I can but I have been a little complacent of late. That coupled with getting back into jogging seems to have been the straw that broke the camels back. πππͺπͺπ«
However, I have been taking Naproxen ππ for a few days now and the kneeπ¦΅π¦΅ is 95% back to normal.
I have a vlog coming out tomorrow and then we make a start on a series of videos concentrating on the Pilot Kit, starting with the Brew Stand.
You don't want to miss these. βββ

Hello folks,
I am sat editing today's vlog and I have decided to split into 2 videos as I can't promise I will be able to make one tomorrow. Finally had to bite the bullet and seek medical help for the Knee injury. I will provide an update on here when I know more myself.
