The Incheon City Disabled Arts Orchestra is the first vocational rehabilitation facility in South Korea's music arts field established by a metropolitan government.
Commissioned by the Incheon Metropolitan City in March 2022, the orchestra has been dedicated to discovering and nurturing musically talented disabled artists through auditions. It provides a supportive working environment that allows these artists to develop their musical talents in alignment with their unique abilities and needs. Through a variety of performances, including commemorative concerts, celebratory events, and regular concerts, our orchestra not only creates job opportunities but also expands avenues for social participation. Our efforts contribute significantly to enhancing disability awareness and promoting a culture of sharing and inclusivity.
