For a while now, you've been seeing a lot of my alter egos, Paul and Constantin. They both came to life because they felt encouraged and appreciated, so thank you for that!
The ever-changing Paul and the serious Constantin are quite a pair. One minute Paul's in the kitchen, whipping up a storm, and the next, Constantin's editing photos like a pro. We're both passionate about what we do, and we like to think of ourselves as quite the culinary duo.
Neither of us is one to back down from a challenge, and we're both a little bit proud.
"As for the title 'Chef,' I'm not quite there yet. Out of respect for the real chefs, I'll stick with something a bit more humble for now. But don't worry, I'm working on it!
It's a bit of a playful name, because that's kind of what I love doing, and you seem to enjoy it too!
