My name is Hilary and I live in Colorado. I have lived here almost my entire life, I had a 2 year stay in Chicago at one point. I love cooking, Colorado, and my dogs. This is the start of our (me and my husband Mike) FIRE and budgeting journey! I wanted a place to document what changes I'm making and what meals I'm cooking. Having a way to look back on progress is good motivation to keep going. We started budgeting and making lifestyle changes in August 2020.
