Cuban percussionist with Pino Daniele, Pat Metheny, Jovanotti, Gloria Estefan, Eros Ramazzotti and many others. Ernesttico is known for his style of playing percussion, based on the combination of drums, vocals and electronic instruments. His independence of the limbs allows him to obtain a multitude of sounds that give the sensation of listening to various musicians, when in reality it's just one.
Her collaborations in Cuba include: Cabaret Tropicana, Emiliano Salvador, Merceditas Valdes, Guillermo Barreto, Frank Emilio, Tata Guines, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Yoruba Andabo, Jane Bunnett and Sintesis.
In 1995 he moved to Italy and began to collaborate with artists such as: Raf, Zucchero, Renato Zero, Alex Acuna, Horacio El Negro Hernandez, Fabio Concato, Elisa, Ron, Tullio De Piscopo, Giorgia, Noa, Michael Franti & The Spearhead, Paolo Fresu, Omar Sosa and others.
A great sports car enthusiast, in 2003 he founded the Porsche Club Cuba, officially recognized by Germany.
