Hi friends!
I just posted a video of the Christmas decorations in Stockholm over at my second YouTube channel (the one with walking videos from Sweden). Please check it out if you haven't already! Quite different from Tokyo, don't you think?

Hi friends!
I've decided to not post more videos from Sweden on this channel. Instead, all my future videos from Sweden will be posted on a different channel, called "TE in Sweden" linked below. So if you want to follow my adventures in Sweden, please make sure to subscribe to it.

I have a few more videos from Japan that are still unpublished, which will be available on my main channel (this one) in the coming weeks.

Hi friends and apologies for the lack of walks recently. The weather here in Tokyo has been very bad in the last few weeks, and on top of that I'm currently very busy with my other work. But I hope we will be able to walk together again soon!

Hi friends,
Due to bad weather I'll have to postpone the next episode of my Yamanote Line walk. The forecast for the rest of this week looks pretty bad, but I might be able to continue on Thursday.
There might be some shorter streams, like another rainy nightwalk, before then though, so make sure you have notifications enabled!

Hi all,
Jetlag hit me quite hard and I didn't sleep much last night, so I don't have the energy to go on a walk today. Hope to be in better shape tomorrow!

Hi friends and apologies for the lack of videos recently. After the trip to Kawaguchiko I got knocked out by a mysterious virus, and I have not been able to shoot any new videos since I got back on my feet a few days ago. But it looks like next week should be relatively quiet, so if not sooner I hope to go out again then. Can't wait to walk with you all again!

On my way to Kobe for some work there. Packed my Switch, hoping to play some Mario during the trips and downtime, but instead I re-discovered Sayonara Wild Hearts, a true gem of a videogame. It's one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had, and it serves as a good reminder to why I appreciate this medium so much.
In short, it's a near perfect blend of great design, an amazing soundtrack, tons and tons of creative ideas with a nod to various parts of gaming history. One of those rare titles where art, music and creativity comes together and manages to create a totally unique experience. I almost got a bit emotional once the end credits started rolling, which doesn't happen often.
It's available on most platforms, including Apple arcade, but I highly recommend playing it with a controller. (Wired) headphones are also a must as any latency makes it completely unplayable.
Have you played it? Please let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Most videos I do are solo walks, but I want to change this. The idea: walk through the subjects favorite neighbourhood while having a long (1-3hr) conversation about their personal story & life in JP. Ideally people with an interesting story or background, but most important is that the person is friendly, willing to open up somewhat on camera and also of course able to enjoy a long walk. The person does not have to be on youtube (but of course it's fine if they are). Are you interested, or do you have someone to recommend or request? Please let me know in a comment below or via direct message.

I make travel videos showing life on the streets of Tokyo and elsewhere in Japan.
Feel free to contact me if there's a particular area you would like me to go explore. Thanks!
