About
Musica et Poetica is an anthology of audio pieces that combine poem readings with musical works.
What makes these pieces stand out is that the music isn't used as a backing track as might be expected. Instead, both the poem and the music are given their own space, while also coming together to create something new.
In this new mixed work, the poem and music converse equally, neither taking over or acting as an accompaniment to the other.
The poems and musical works have been chosen and handled based on their structural and stylistic traits.
