Dr. Abul Hasnat Milton (also known as Milton Hasnat) is a Bangladeshi-born Australian author, academic, physician, public health expert, and social activist. Passionate about writing and poetry, he has published numerous books of poetry and novels in Bengali. He has also translated landmark speeches by Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Father of the Nation of Bangladesh.
A regular contributor to Bangladeshi newspapers, Dr. Milton writes on politics, health, and literature. He is the founder and chairman of the Foundation for Doctors' Safety, Rights, and Responsibilities (FDSR), a platform uniting 50,000 Bangladeshi doctors and medical students.
